How to Book
We don’t deliver “off the shelf activities” as our approach is that everyone’s ability is different, everyone’s needs are unique – so all of our bookings are tailor made. The listed products on this website are intended as more of a guide, so follow the steps below to book the course or adventure you need.
Simply call us on 07812713153, or email directly to email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
You will be sent an email either the same day or within 24 hours (including at weekends), to discuss your requirements. We will make sure you book the correct adventure or training for your needs.
Once you have decided on what you need and have agreed dates with us, we will send a billing email to you and get you booked in.

If we don't arrive on the date of our booking can we get a refund?
We are afraid not. As a busy but small business it isn’t finacially viable for us to offer refunds or credit for no-shows, unless your absense is Covid related – full terms and conditions will be emailed to you.
If the weather is bad can we cancel and get our money back or stay in credit?
No. British weather is unpredictable and that’s just the way it is. We cannot give refunds or credit based upon weather. If the weather is bad we have more sheltered locations we can use. We are outdoor activity experts, and we know how to make the best of a bad weather day. You’ll have a great day with us whatever the weather.
There's something we'd like to do which isn't listed on your site - can we book still?

Do you provide transport?
We can’t provide transport but we can arrange transport for you and then you pay the transport company directly.
